My Story

Hello Everyone! My name is Montanna Brumfield. I am originally a Traverse City, MI native who now lives in Palm Coast, FL. I've known since the age of 5 that food was my passion and drive in life. 

    After graduating high school in 2016, I enrolled at Great Lakes Culinary Institute at Northwestern Michigan College. There I began my Culinary journey. In 2018 I Transferred to Daytona State College, where I graduated in 2021 with my Associates in Culinary Management

    After receiving my AOS, I decided to further my career at the best culinary school in the country: The Culinary Institute of America, Where I am expected to graduate in April 2024 with my Bachelor's in Business Administration with a Concentration in Advanced Baking Concepts.

My Why?

Passion & Drive

Anthony Bourdain said, "You can learn a lot from someone by sharing a meal." However, I say. You can learn a lot about your chef by how they care for the food they put in your body. I'm passionate not just about the customer enjoying a great bite to eat but also about how the food made you feel. Food is an experience, not just something on a plate. From the vibrant colors of seasonal berries and peppers. To the shape and color of the plate. My guests must feel like they had a food experience when eating my creations.
